Op09 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the op09 platform by all users in Malaysia. By registering an account or using any part of the op09 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions stated herein. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team for assistance with closing your account. op09 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

All users are encouraged to keep a copy of this document for personal reference. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the original Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail in all circumstances.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the op09 platform constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions set out in this document, without exception or additional conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and op09 as the platform operator. Each time you log in or carry out any activity on the platform, you automatically reaffirm your acceptance of the latest terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, company, or another individual, you also confirm that the relevant party has agreed to these terms.

The op09 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above who are Malaysian citizens or legal permanent residents. op09 reserves the right to request age verification at any time, and users who fail to prove their eligibility will have their access suspended immediately. Any attempt to circumvent age verification is considered a serious breach of these terms. Parents and guardians are advised to ensure that devices used by minors do not have access to this platform.

Op09 is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of the platform by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements as stipulated. Users who discover any unauthorised activity on their account must report it to op09 within 24 hours to facilitate a prompt investigation and appropriate follow-up action.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one active account at a time on the op09 platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. op09 reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration if the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or in violation of Malaysian law. Users found to have registered more than one account will have all associated accounts suspended or closed without any compensation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the op09 support team immediately so security measures such as a temporary account freeze and password reset can be put in place. op09 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login information.

Identity verification (KYC) may be required before any withdrawal is approved or account limits are increased. Users may be asked to provide documents such as a valid copy of their Malaysian identity card or passport. All information collected during the KYC process is handled securely in accordance with op09's Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties without the user's consent, unless required by law.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Op09 platform users agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any illegal activity, fraud, or conduct that could harm others. The use of any automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to manipulate game outcomes, payment systems, or any platform function is strictly prohibited. Users found to be engaged in activities such as card fraud, money laundering, or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage will be reported to the relevant authorities in Malaysia. op09 works closely with local law enforcement agencies to address any suspicious activity.

Users are not permitted to post, transmit, or distribute any content that is obscene, inflammatory, defamatory, or infringes the rights of third parties through any communication channel on the op09 platform. All user interactions within the platform must be respectful and considerate of other users regardless of their background or ethnicity. Users who violate these community guidelines may be subject to a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach. op09 reserves the right to retain records of in-platform communications as evidence in cases of terms violations.

Users must ensure that their use of the op09 platform does not violate any laws, regulations, or rules in force at their location. It is the user's responsibility to seek local legal advice if necessary. op09 makes no representation that the content or services on this platform are appropriate or lawful outside of Malaysia's jurisdiction. Users who access the platform from outside Malaysia do so entirely at their own risk.

4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)

All financial transactions on the op09 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, active, and registered in their own name. Using another person's bank account, e-wallet, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and funds being frozen pending investigation. op09 supports a variety of popular local payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate smooth and secure transactions.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a security review process that may take between one and five business days, depending on the withdrawal method and account verification status. op09 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises security concerns or does not meet the minimum withdrawal threshold. If a withdrawal is rejected, the funds will be returned to the user's account balance and a notification will be sent via the registered communication channel. Users are advised to ensure that their registered bank or e-wallet details are always up to date to avoid any delays.

Bonuses and promotions offered by op09, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to separate rollover (wagering) requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be processed. Misuse of the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, is a serious breach and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and possible account closure. All completed transactions are final and cannot be reversed except in the case of a proven technical error. Users are required to report any transaction errors within 48 hours of the incident.

Op09 is not liable for any losses arising from delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Any applicable transaction fees will be clearly disclosed before the user confirms a transaction. Users are advised to keep records of all transactions as personal proof.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy (Suspension / Closure)

The op09 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. op09 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or delays at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, op09 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Users acknowledge that all betting activity carries financial risk and participate entirely at their own risk.

Op09 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraud, money laundering, breach of terms, or any other unlawful activity. In the case of a temporary suspension, the user will be notified via email or in-platform message within 48 hours and given the opportunity to provide an explanation. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and access restored within a reasonable timeframe. However, if a breach is established, op09 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the op09 support team. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the registered payment method once all withdrawal conditions have been met. Transaction records will be retained by op09 for the period required under Malaysian law, even after the account has been closed. Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach are not permitted to re-register using the same or new information.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the op09 platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software, databases, and source code, is the exclusive property of op09 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from op09 management. The use of the op09 name or logo for marketing, advertising, or representational purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any feedback or suggestions submitted by users to op09 are considered freely given, with no obligation for compensation to the user.

Third-Party Links

The op09 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services that are not under op09's control. The presence of such links does not imply that op09 endorses, verifies, or takes responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each third-party website before providing any personal information. op09 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party services accessed through links within the platform.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Op09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before the effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not agree with the changes may close their account before the effective date without penalty.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the op09 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any right to proceedings in any other jurisdiction.
